Founded in 2004, Teriva Consulting is composed of highly qualified professionals with extensive experience in Defense, Civil and Military Aviation and High Tecnology Systems.
Teriva Consulting positions itself as an essential strategic facilitator in Brazil's defense and aerospace market. Its expertise ranges from enabling high-complexity defense programs, including the crucial management of their technological compensation (offset) agreements, to proficient performance in the private sector. In the latter, the company capitalizes on the modernization of airport infrastructure, providing operational security solutions to major international concessionaires.

A retired Colonel Aviator in the Brazilian Air Force, he was Chief of the Technical Cooperation Mission of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in Brazil and a professor at the War Superior School (ESG). He served as Aeronautical Attaché in Chile, commanded the Santa Cruz Air Base and the 1st Fighter Aviation Group. He is currently a partner at Teriva Consulting, and a member of the Board of the Aeronautics Club, the Military Club and the Brazilian Fighter Pilots Association (ABRAPC).
Specialized consultant in the Defense and Civil/Military Aviation sectors, with over 5 years of experience representing industries in business development in Brazil, including Draken International, MBDA Missile Systems, Aerosweep, and Environmental Tectonics Corporation (ETC). Involved in the entire business cycle, from client prospecting and new business development to post-sales support, including assistance with industrial cooperation or offset agreements.
Over 25 years of experience in IT and project portfolio management, including roles as CTO for South America at White Martins/Praxair and IT and Systems Executive at Itaú Unibanco, AmBev, and Grupo Abril; startup acceleration and management as CTO at Papoon, CTO at Internet Ventures, and CEO at Coruja Educação; corporate governance as Manager of Internal Controls, Operational Risk and Compliance at Itaú Unibanco and IBBA, and Strategic Planning Manager at Grupo Abril; research and development in Computer Graphics and Virtual Reality as a research assistant at IMPA – Institute for Pure and Applied Mathematics and lecturer in Software Engineering at IME – Military Institute of Engineering.
Holds a degree in Computer Engineering from IME – Military Institute of Engineering, a Master’s in Computer Science from PUC-Rio – Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance from FGV – Getulio Vargas Foundation. MBA in IT Management from FIA.
Certified in the extension courses: National Defense, Defense Economics and Planning, and Defense Management and Planning by the Superior School of Defense (Escola Superior de Defesa – ESD) of the Brazilian Ministry of Defense.
Graduated in Communication from UFRJ and postgraduate in Marketing from FGV - RJ, with over 20 years of experience in the area of Communication: English-Portuguese translation, text revision, graphic design, graphic production and event production. Currently, she is a Partner at Teriva Consulting and works in the production of magazines, translations and text revisions.
